We retain all rights in our methods, processes, templates, and tools. Upon full payment, you receive a non‑exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business.
Search rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic amounts, or revenue outcomes. The Site and Services are provided “as is”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, instructions, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your contracting entity’s jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Venue for disputes will be in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
